At A.C. Agency Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase when the asset is returned in its original condition. Please note: refunds are void if the buyer causes any damage to the asset.

1 Rejection Process

Notify our customer service team before 5 PM EDT within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. We'll guide you through the return process efficiently. Contact us immediately to initiate your return or exchange.

2 Return Exceptions

For your protection and ours, we cannot accept returns for:

• Vehicles modified from their original state
• Assets currently serving as loan collateral
• Damage resulting from accidents

3 Refund Process
